Hi Helen,
Hope all is well with you and Rocky.    Here are 2 pictures of Zena.  She has certainly grown
fast.   She just completed her 1st 6 week session of puppy kindergarten obedience and
also the puppy agility class.   She did very well.

Have a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Hi Helen and Rocky..........

We are home; we got home about 7:30 PM and Abby was so good.  We stopped 3 times for her to go to the bathroom and she certainly told us when she wanted to stop.  She was a great traveler and she liked chewing on some ice chips also.

It was so nice meeting both of you; you have been wonderful parents to the puppies and I am so excited to have Abby.  I will give her a great home!!!

She met some of the neighbors last night and a few of the dogs.  Andy, a golden retriever was walking down the street and when he approached her Abby began to growl and bark......it was so funny, but they became friends and she followed Andy down the street on her leash.  Everyone thought she was sooooooooooo cute!!!!!

Puddy, my cat has not let Abby get too close.  Abby moves very fast for Puddy, but I am sure Abby will win her over in a couple of days.  Abby is very interested in Puddy's litter box and I have to watch her closely.

Abby slept with me last night and she was very good.  She liked having her blanket and her big raggy toy in bed.  She has done really well with potty training and I think we have only had one accident in the house.

I am working at my computer today and she is sleeping at my feet.  She plays so hard and then just drops for a nap.  She has been following me everywhere.  What a cutie!!!!!!!

My niece Crystal came over last night and took some pictures and I will forward them to you.

Thank you for letting me have Abby; I love her so much already!!!!!!

Hi Helen and Rocky!

Here is a picture today of Kramer!

He has been to 2 puppy training classes so far and is going to the groomers on Tuesday. He spends every day with us at the office and is the star of our medical practice. My vet gave him a clean bill of health last Saturday.

My staff and neighbors fight to walk him and everyone at PetsSmart loves to see him. Hope you are well and thanks for bringing Kramer into my life!

Helen and Rocky,

Just a quick note to let you know that Sadie had her 'well puppy' visit at the vet today, and she declared that this puppy is 'two thumbs up healthy.'  She said that Sadie is a great little puppy that the breeder should be proud of!

We just adore her.  She is a charmer and proving to be a really quick learner.  She immediately took over one of the dog beds and all her toys go in the bed with her...occasionally...when they're not strewed all over the living room!.  We bought her several new toys, plus the six or seven already in the house, and she plays with them all.  We play toss and fetch several times a day, and she'll bring her toy right to me!

We're crate-training her at night.  As you would expect, she did considerable whining the first night, very little the second night, and almost none last night!  She's sleeping right beside me, and even though we're making trips outside to potty at about midnight and 3:00am, she goes right back to sleep.  She's already sleeping about 3 1/2 hours at a stretch, which seems pretty darn good for just three days in the household.

As with all puppies her age, she's a 'piranha pup' right now, but the chew toys are keeping her little jaws busy.

I'll attach a picture of her, all stretched out and enjoying her new home!  John and I are so glad that we found your website and that you had puppies available.  Feel free to use us as a reference at any time.  We have no problem talking with prospective buyers about your quality operation, or you want to post our comments on your site, you certainly have our permission.

Best wishes to both of you; I'll update you on Sadie's progress on occasion.

Hi Helen and Rocky,

We enjoyed meeting the two of you.  We had a good trip home.  Little Cleo is doing great! She and Dusty have been playing and chasing each other in the back yard.  Still warm here today, but about to change on Sunday.  Thanks to both of you again for meeting us in Rolla.  We will keep you posted on her and what name we decide on.

Hi Helen and Rocky

I've attached two new pics of Rocky. A lot of pictures didn't turn out this time-camera operator malfunction. We took the pups to our vet today. I thought you'd like to know that not only did both get a complete clean bill of health, our vet specifically mentioned what great specimens of the breed Rocky and Zach are with zero detected genetic irregularities. He said we should be very happy with our selection of you and we certainly are! Your handling of everything was perfect but I don't mind telling you how concerned we were that we would be happy with both. Thanks again for alleviating all of our concerns.

Dear Helen:

This week with our new puppy Mindy has been so special.  She has made the transition into our family remarkably.  Mindy is so smart. Can you believe at 9 weeks she is basically potty trained!!
We have fallen hopelessly in love with her.  She is the center of attention. We are looking forward to many wonderful years with her.  Also, I wanted to thank you for answering all of my endless questions and for easing my fears about Mindy's flight to Atlanta.  It shows through your dogs how much you love and care for them.  Thank you for such a well adjusted puppy.  She is so beautiful.

P.S. I've attached a picture of Mindy at 9 weeks with both ears up.

Rocky here are pictures of Maggie through Christmas.  At 11 months she is 16 pounds, her coat is a little thin but what a sweetheart.  She is the most affectionate, loveable dog.  She and Mac play together all the time.  He is 3 weeks older than she is but about the same size.  I'm sorry it took so long to get these pictures to you but now you have a record of her 1st year.
Thanks for a wonderful addition to our family.  She is well loved.

Greetings from West Monroe, Louisiana!

Just wanted to send you a quick note to say that Oliver is doing great!!  He’s become the most pampered, spoiled member of the family!  Everywhere we go people rave about how cute he is and he loves all the attention.  Although he will love on and play with all four of us, he has attached himself to our oldest son, Bailey.  If Bailey is around, you can bet that Oliver is right on his heels.  He loves riding in the car and visiting the farm.  He makes friends with all of the other animals that we meet very quickly.  Potty training is still a little bit of a challenge, but he’s made such progress that we’re hopeful that he’ll be completely trained soon.  In one of our care books they describe how Westies have “frenetic activity periods” or FRAPS.  Oliver definitely fits the description.  One of our favorite things to do is watch him run, jump, and play during one of these periods.  He’s such a little fluffy ball of energy.  When he’s done, his favorite place to rest is in someone’s lap, and he has quite an unusual way of sitting.  I have attached a picture of this pose and a couple of others so that you can see how well he’s doing.  We really love the little guy and are so glad that he’s a part of our family.  Thank you so much for allowing us to adopt Oliver.  We are looking to many years of love!!

Sincerely,

Scott, Amy, Bailey, & Ethan Terral

Hi Helen,

I just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying Winston.  He is doing very well and is such a sweetie.  Here are a few photos I took last weekend at my apartment.  I thought you might enjoy seeing how much he has grown.

Take care,
